A juice chicken patty that the family will love.
Pre-Heat your grill to medium heat
Saute your peppers, onion and garlic in a skillet with 1 tbsp of oil. Cook until tender about 2-3 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands for a thorough mix.
Form patties with your hands and place directly on pre-heated grill. You can also freeze patties. Place wax paper in between patties and freeze. When ready to grill, place frozen patties directly on grill.
Cook patties until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. About 6 minutes per side.
Serve on a bun or in a lettuce wrap. Enjoy!
